Common questions.

Have another question? Talk to our team on WhatsApp.

Is Judah a law firm?

No. We are an immigration services company (Non-Attorneys): we prepare documents and support your case. We do not give legal advice or representation. If your case needs an attorney, we will tell you honestly.

Do I need to come to the Brandon office?

No. We see clients in person in Brandon, in the Tampa Bay area, and also online, by video and WhatsApp, for people living in any state.

Will I understand every step?

Yes. We explain each form and each step in plain language, so you understand everything you sign and send to USCIS.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the type of case and the amount of paperwork. We present a quote after the first consultation, before we start. Government filing fees are paid separately, directly to USCIS.

Do you guarantee approval?

No one can guarantee a decision by the U.S. government. What we guarantee is a well-prepared, complete and closely followed case, so it reaches USCIS in the best possible shape.

Is my information protected?

Yes. The documents you share are used only for your case and handled confidentially.
